SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATION

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship through BlueDart, Ekart and India Post for orders within India.
We are a made-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. All orders are usually dispatched within 4-6 business days but with express shipping our dispatch time is 1-2 business days. We will send you an email with tracking details after the orders are shipped/dispatched.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

CHARGES
The shipping charges for all standard orders is free for a total above INR 5000/-. A flat charge of INR 80/- is applicable for standard shipping and INR 250/- with express delivery as shipping.


TRACKING
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/AWB number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with shipping agency’s tracking page.
For a change in address or any other details, kindly reach out to us within a day of placing order. For urgent deliveries/queries, please contact us at “shopomastudio@gmail.com”
Please note that we try our best in ensuring that the product reaches you within time. To fasten our process, we have tied up with several third-party vendors for quicker deliveries. However, in case of a delay from a third party, we do not take any responsibility.
If the package received by you is damaged at the time of the delivery, kindly refrain from accepting the package and take images/videos of the same. We will send you a different package after inspection.
In case of return/exchange, the shipping cost for the return of the product to our warehouse shall be borne by you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refunds will only be done for product and not for shipping charges. The request for refund/exchange will be approved only after we have verified the claim made by you and performed the final inspections upon receiving the product back. Unboxing video must be attached with the email.
Products will only be returned/exchanged in the following cases:

  1. The product you have received is not the product you ordered.
  2. There is a genuine mistake in the product that might have occurred while production or other operations.
  3. The product has no sign of being
    used.
  4. The request for refund/exchange was raised in 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  5. Exchanged product delivery will be made once we receive the previous product back.
  6. .Delivery of the same mentioned above will take 10-15 days.
    CANCELLATION
    In case you wish to cancel the order you placed, please do so within 36 hours of ordering. We work on made to order basis, and once your order is in production it cant be cancelled. Please note, express shipping order once placed, cannot be canceled.
