To be eligible for a return/exchange of the product (excluding shipping charges), the product must be unused and delivered erroneously or with a defect. The return request must also be created within 36 hours of delivery. Upon receiving the product, we will thoroughly inspect and verify your request.

Usual orders are usually shipped within 7-12 business days, and custom orders within 15 days. We will email you the delivery date after the orders are placed.
