Return & Refund policy
To be eligible for a return/exchange of the product (excluding shipping charges), the product must be unused and delivered erroneously or with a defect. The return request must also be created within 36 hours of delivery. Upon receiving the product, we will thoroughly inspect and verify your request.
Shipping Info
We are a made-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online, it goes into production. Usual orders are usually shipped within 7-12 business days, and custom orders within 15 days. We will email you the delivery date after the orders are placed.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
